> Why has Maclean's not made the changes?
Maclean's has made minor modifications to the rankings over the years as a result of our discussions such as changing the class size measure to count the numbers of students in different-sized classes rather than the numbers of classes. That said, the issues we have with methodology have mostly gone unresolved. Maclean's continues to favour artificial scoring and composite ranking and say that students, parents and counsellors use their magazine extensively, so it must be providing a service.
