Visiting
We are proud of our beautiful river-side campus and encourage prospective students to visit. Come and see for yourself what life is like at the U of A.
Start by arranging a tour with our year-round
Campus Ambassadors program. Our guides will show you the buildings and resources relevant to your future studies as well as common areas, provide information about the area’s rich history and answer all your questions about life at the U of A. While you’re on campus, catch a performance at
Convocation Hall or at the
Jubilee Theatre. Visit our
U of A Museums and check out our numerous collections. Watch a
Golden Bears or Pandas athletic event at one of our sports venues. Stop in at
Campus Saint-Jean in Edmonton or visit the
Augustana Faculty, 90 km southeast, in Camrose.
Edmonton has more green space, per capita, than any other North American city. Explore the city’s celebrated
river valley by foot, bicycle or cross-country skis. If you’re new to Edmonton, check out
Old Strathcona, just a few minutes walk from the main campus, the Arts District, downtown, or a sports event at
Rexall Place.
