What do I do if I lose my ONEcard?
 

You can replace your ONEcard in the same manner as always – by visiting the ONEcard Office and paying the card replacement fee.

You are not required to collect a new U-Pass sticker if you lose your ONEcard. However, if you have already received your U-Pass sticker for the term, and want another one for the balance of the term, you will need to pay the full U-Pass fee to the ONEcard Office to obtain another sticker. The ONEcard Office will be tracking sticker issuance.
