> Who can opt out?
Only the following students can opt out of U-Pass:
- Employees of participating transit systems,
- Students with a valid disabled transit registration,
- Students with a valid CNIB registration card,
- Students in a co-op or work experience program whose placement is outside of the transit service area,
- Students who are double registered at the U of A and either MacEwan University or NAIT
The opt-out deadline if you have not picked up your U-Pass is the end of the term; December 31st for the Fall term and April 30th for the Winter term.
