SSDS oversees the conferring of several awards, bursaries and scholarships. Information and applications for these and other awards are in our office and are also available in alternate formats.

You can view and print off applications for awards that SSDS administers. Look for "Click here for application" next to these awards to open the application document in Microsoft Word format.
Completed applications that SSDS administers can be dropped off in person or mailed to:

For all other awards, please follow the procedures for submission listed on the application.
