Clinical Component - MScSLP
The clinical component of the Master of Science (SLP) program provides experience in the evaluation, treatment and management of articulation, language, fluency, swallowing, voice and resonance disorders as well as in the fundamental practice of audiology. Students acquire the necessary clinical experiences for certification by the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and registration with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. This manual describes the normal procedures pertaining to clinical practicum placements.
