Impact of Grants 2.0 on eTRAC

Grants 2.0 brought about a few changes that impact eTRAC online pages and reports. The main impacts associated with the changes are that the reports have been cleaned up to remove redundant information, and some previously identified eTRAC issues have also been resolved.

The impacts can be grouped into two categories:

Summary of Changes to Inquire Online Pages:

  • Project List
  • Project Overview
  • Expense Budget
  • Expenditure Details
  • Revenue Details
  • Actuals (no changes)
  • Funds Available

Summary of Changes to Print Reports

  • *Expenditure Details
  • Salary Details (no changes)
  • Revenue Details
  • *Project Overview
  • Project Summary (no changes)

* includes indirect costs

Note: The ability to show multiple projects has not changed in eTRAC. This can be done by selecting the ‘+’ button. A row will be inserted and another Project ID can be added. View the Grants 2.0 Delta Guide for a full description of the changes to eTRAC.
