Errors on Project Balances
Project holders are responsible for reviewing their financial activity on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of the posted transactions.
Any errors or omissions must be reported immediately to the appropriate person, office, or service unit for reconciliation.
In eTRAC, error corrections will normally appear as a reversal of the incorrect entry and the posting of the correcting entry.
Departmental administrators can provide assistance with reconciliation.
