New Trail Submission Guidelines Thank you for your interest in submitting information to our publications. Please read the following. New Trail Submission Guidelines: New Trail, the University of Alberta Alumni Association magazine is published quarterly (circulation: 125,000). Comments, suggestions, letters to the editor, story ideas — New Trail welcomes them all. Write to us at New Trail, c/o Alumni Affairs, Main Floor, Enterprise Square, 10230 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T5J 4P6. The reader response line is also ready to take your call. Leave a message at 780 492-1702, or email New Trail. E-trail Submission Guidelines: E-trail is the monthly electronic newsletter of the University of Alberta Alumni Association. If you would like to submit information for inclusion in the newsletter, send an explanatory email to e-trail and attach the material you would like considered. Alumni updating us on their activities are welcome to submit information that may be featured in a future e-trail article or included in the Class Notes section of New Trail magazine. Other items (calendar events, website of the month) submitted for inclusion must be directly related to the activities of the University of Alberta or its Alumni Association. The deadline for submission is the last Wednesday of each month. New Trail and e-trail cannot be held responsible for unsolicited manuscripts or photographs. |
