THE UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA ROWING TEAM

The University of Alberta Rowing Club was founded in 1981, as a branch of the Edmonton Rowing Club. The mission of the club is to provide the opportunity for University of Alberta student-athletes to participate, train and compete in the sport of rowing, at all levels, from novice to high-performance, during the scholastic year. The University of Alberta Rowing Team is an active partner in helping the Canadian University Rowing Association (CURA) and Rowing Canada (RCA) strive for full-sanctioned status as a Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS).
