A 83/8” x 5 1/2”. Pp. [vi], 18 ([8] pp. of illustrations not included in pagination printed on different pages bound in). Bound in green and brown marbled paper wrappers with white paper label on front cover printed in black. Sewn with white thread, white endsheets pasted to fore-edges of front and back covers. Illustrations by Bobbie Creeley printed in black on heavier coated paper, bound in between pp. 2-3, 4-5, 8-9, 10-11.

Published 29 November 1968 at $10. 253 copies signed by the author, of which 250 copies (numbered 1-250) were for sale, and 3 copies (2 marked “Copyright Copy” and 1 signed by both Robert and Bobbie Creeley sewn into a trial binding) not for sale. The book was handsewn by Earle Gray.

B 8 1/2” x 55/8”. Pagination as above. Bound in half coarse green cloth with green and brown marbled paper boards, white paper label printed in black on front cover. White paper label printed in black on spine. White endsheets.

Published on 29 November 1968 at $20. 157 copies, signed by both author and artist, of which 150 copies (numbered 1-150) were for sale, and 7 copies (5 numbered and marked “Presentation Copy,” and 1 each marked “Printer’s Copy” and “Binder’s Copy”) not for sale.

C Same as b., except bound in half green calf with marbled boards and labels as above.
