Registration is now open for the Boise Toolbox!
There are two ways to register for the conference:

2. Mail or fax the registration form

Full conference fees are only $375 for CASE members. This includes tickets to the Gala Banquet on Friday and the always popular F.U.N. Event. As always, the Canadian dollar is at par covering registration fees for our colleagues to the north.
Early Bird Registration
Registrations made before January 19, 2007 are eligible for our Early Bird rate of $335 for the full conference. Make sure you get your registrations in early to take advantage of this discounted rate.Accomodations
Please note that accomodations are not included in your conference registration fee. You can make your own hotel reservations at The Grove Hotel by calling the hotel's toll-free number 1-888-961-5000 or by visiting their web site:www.grovehotelboise.com
To receive the special conference room rate of $99 for single/double and $114 for triple/quad, be sure to reference “CASE 8” when speaking to the hotel booking agent.
