The Board of Governors ratified the changes to Article 12 (Probation and Continuing Appointment) of the APO Agreement at its Board meeting on December 9, 2011. These changes are retroactive to August 8, 2011, the date on which the APO constituency ratified the changes. The revised Article is here.
